Connect to USF

Bright House Communications offers their Road Runner cable modem service to many locations within the Tampa Bay area, at a discount to current USF students, faculty and staff living in the Tampa Bay service area. Bright House provides a high-speed (100 megabit) link between their network and USF.

USF no longer supports a dial-in (modem) service. Please see the summary page or the full press release (PDF) for more information.

We provide computing assistance to USF students and faculty through our call center ( 974-1222 in Tampa or toll-free 1-866-974-1222 statewide ), electronic mail ( help@usf.edu ), walk-ins ( LIB 117 ) and on-site services.

If you cannot find what you are seeking, send your questions and/or comments to webmaster@acomp.usf.edu
