Help Desk and Walk-in Clinic
The Academic Computing Help Desk offers help services accessible via telephone, the web, electronic mail, through hand-outs and/or in person. We also help individuals with problems pertaining to computers in our Walk-In Clinic located across the hall from the Help Desk, in LIB 610a on the 6th floor of the library.

We provide technical support for:

  • dial-up (connecting to the USF modem pool via computer modem)
  • electronic mail
  • Internet access
  • general computing problems (software/hardware)
