Removing Proxy Settings
Opera version 5 through 7.x

Step 1:
Start Opera,
click the File menu button,
select Preferences.

Step 2:
In the Preferences window,
highlight the Network section,
then click the Proxy servers... button.

Step 3:
Remove http://proxy.lib.usf.edu:8080 from the automatic proxy configuration field.
In addition, remove the checkmark from Use automatic proxy configuration.
Click OK to close the Proxy Servers window.
Click Apply and then OK to close the Preferences window.

Step 4:
Your proxy settings are now removed.
Close Opera.
