This guide will show you how to change your USF NetID and student e-mail account password. You may change your password for your Net ID or e-mail address anytime at the University Network Access site. For general information about UNA and NetIDs, please see USF NetID & UNA.
If you forgot your password, you will need go to the University Network Access site, click Did you forget your password? and follow the on-screen instructions.
Log in at the UNA Web site with your NetID and password.
After logging in you should see a list of your USF e-mail accounts towards the left. Click NetID.
After clicking your account selection, click the link towards the top-right of the page labeled Edit NetID account options.
Under Change your NetID Password, follow the instructions on the left, then type in your current password and new password in the spaces provided. Click OK to activate the new password.
Note: This will change your NetID and student e-mail account password because they use the same password.
