Step 1 -
Right click on the desktop icon My Network Place and select the Properties menu selection.

Step 2 -
Right click on the Wireless Network Connection icon and click the menu selection for View Available Wireless Networks

Step 3 -
In available networks there should be a listing for an available network, select this as your network and click the connect button. This should connect you to the wireless network.

Step 4 -
Once again right click on the Wireless Network Connection, except this time click the Status menu option.

Step 5 -
Make sure that in this window your status says Connected. Please keep in mind that the network performance depends upon the strength of your signal. So a good thing to keep in mind is that the wireless connection will run better where the signal strength is higher.

Step 6 -
Your wireless card should now be setup to access USF's wireless network!
